Bill Middleton Memorial Scholarship
The Bill Middleton Memorial Scholarship has been established to honor the memory of a loved and dedicated friend and colleague who worked closely with students born overseas from 1959 when he joined DVC as an ESL instructor to 1991 when he retired.
