Kevin Twohy Memorial Scholarship
This Scholarship was created in memory of Kevin Twohy by his friends and family. Kevin joined DVC in 1991 where he wasa speech teacher and debate coach. Under his guidance, the debate team was consistently successful, considered on of the best in CA.
