William P. Niland Memorial Scholarship
The William P. Niland Memorial Scholarship was created by family and colleagues William Niland was a loved member of the DVC community. Dr. Niland served as the President of Diablo Valley College for 19 years from 1964-1984. This scholarship was created to help the transferring student pursue a higher education.
