National Conference for College Women Student Leaders Scholarship

This scholarship, sponsored by the Pleasant Hill-Martinez branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW), provides funding for a female DVC student to attend the National Conference for College Women Student Leaders (NCCWSL) which will be held May 31, 2023 – June 3, 2023. The scholarship covers registration for the event, room and board on the University of Maryland campus, and round-trip airfare. Click on the “Visit” button below to download the application.

Requirements:

• Must be a female student between the ages of 18 and 25
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5
• Must be currently enrolled full-time at DVC
• Must be planning to transfer with a minimum of 55 semester units to a four-year college or university in Fall 2023
• Must have an interest in campus or department leadership
• Must be available May 31, 2023 – June 3, 2023
• Should be willing to report, personally, on the experience at NCCWSL to the Pleasant Hill-Martinez Branch of AAUW
