AAUW Concord Scholarship

The American Association of University Women (AAUW) is the nation’s leading voice promoting equity and education for women and girls. Since our founding in 1881, AAUW members have examined and taken positions on the fundamental issues of the day – educational, social, economic, and political. AAUW Concord’s Educational Foundation awards $1500 scholarships to women transferring to a four-year college/university.

Deadline: March 17, 2025

Amount: $1,500.00

Requirements:

• Female DVC student transferring to a four-year college/university in Fall 2025
• Minimum 3.5 GPA
• Reside in Contra Costa County
• U.S. citizen preferred but not required
• Receiving a minimum of 60 semester units upon graduation from DVC
• Financial need
• Must have submitted a complete online DVC scholarship application by the February 13, 2025 deadline
• Submit completed application and all required documents to the DVC Scholarship Office at scholarships@dvc.edu by the deadline of March 17, 2025
