Virginia Brunell Memorial Scholarship

The Virginia Brunell Accounting Scholarship has been established in memory of our friend and colleague, Virginia “Ginger” Brunell. Ginger joined Diablo Valley College in 1966. Ginger Brunell was passionate about accounting and about her DVC students. She taught her accounting classes with enthusiasm and professionalism, inspiring many students to pursue degrees and careers in accounting. Criteria: 3.0 GPA, Accounting major, financial need, and be a DVC continuing student or transferring to a four year college or university.
