The Dr. Charles and Paula Sapper Memorial Scholarship

Dr. Charles Sapper served as the Vice President/Dean at Diablo Valley College for 36 years, from 1955 to 1991 and with his wife were firm supporters and a backbone for education. Their primary concern was always the quality of education for DVC students. This scholarship was established by their three children to honor the memory of their parents who committed 45 years of their life to education. Criteria: 3.5 GPA; accepted to a four-year college or university for the following term; financial need; demonstrates the potential to succeed.
