Richard Wheeler was a connoisseur and chef of the culinary arts. He was a man of high energy, dedicated to his family and passionate about sharing food with others. Criteria: 3.0 GPA, continuing DVC student or transferring to a four-year college or Culinary Arts Institute, Culinary Arts major, community service, and financial need.
